New 60 GB Xbox 360 Announced

Microsoft will launch a new version of its Xbox 360 in the US. It will be a 60 GB version, which will replace the current model of 20 gigs this month of August, as reported in its Xbox website.

The space in the new model will be tripled, but not the price, which will remain at the current cost 349 U.S. dollars so far the release of 20 gigabytes.

In addition, Microsoft has also announced lower prices for its 20 GB model in the United States, 299 U.S. dollars to be used until their stocks. This price reduction had already been rumored a few days ago.

“We know that users need more and more space to store digital content that the incredible Xbox and what we offer at no additional cost,” said Albert Penella, director of Microsoft product.

So far, this new model of 60 gigabytes of Xbox 360 is only available in the United States and Canada.
